Our dentists at NYC Dental Pro are accepting new patients. Thank you for choosing our office for your dental care. We are delighted to welcome you to our dental family and appreciate the opportunity of providing you with quality dentistry and a comfortable experience.

During your first visit, our staff will collect and verify your information. Below we’ve attached our new patient forms. Please print and fill out the patient forms before your appointment to speed up your check in process.

We do confirm and remind our patients of their appointments at least a day before, hence we expect our patients to do the same in the event that they will need to cancel or reschedule their visit. Any Saturday or Sunday appointments will require at least a 48 hour notice. Please be reminded of the broken appointment policy to avoid any fees.

We also require a valid photo ID and insurance card during your visit. We do accept patients with no insurance and payment in the form of cash or credit / debit cards are expected after services are rendered. Please note that any card transaction requires an additional fee. Any copays, deductibles and co-insurances are collected at the time of visit.
